Yesterday I went back on to thyrax duotab. I've spent the last year trying to get used to this new medicine. Felt like a year-long overexploitation of my physical body. Switched straight back to Thyrax as soon as I realised that it was back on the market. Back to my old strength dose.

My 5 year old daughter has put on an incredible amount of weight over the past year on her tummy, legs and face. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. The doctor started me on a low dose, 12.5 mg to be precise. I am always conscious of what I eat, exercise a lot, etc. but I didn't lose any weight, I actually gained it! So now I hope that this might help me. Anyone else experienced this?
