loads of problems with side effects. Going to discuss with the GP if there's another medicine I can take for my high cholesterol. Use simvastatin for it, but it gives me terrible headaches and muscle pain.

This is the worst medicine that I have ever had. I can't walk I can't sleep I can't do anything. I'm virtually disabled. Whoever makes this medicine needs to be shut down immediately. I'd rather have a heart attack than take this again.

After hearing things from my peers about pravastatin sodium (negative) I stopped taking this three days ago. (temporarily?). Now I am a lot less short of breath (NOTE: if you are reducing your dose it is always advisable to do so in consultation with your treating doctor.
