Has actually helped. Take the seven days stop for three weeks and so on three times. Had a new course in 2015. No side-effects. It has reduced but not completely gone. Still on one thumb and my two big toes. It's not getting worse but I'm not taking this any more. Going to try natural products but it can take a long time to see any results. It's not as damaging as all of their chemical pills.
