After a few years of inexplicable headaches and symptoms of fatigue I spoke to my daughter, who also took desloratadine, and she said she had the same symptoms. She stopped and the headaches disappeared. I stopped and the headaches disappeared, as did the feeling of pressure inside my head, and the fatigue. I have depressive tendencies and these pressure headaches made the depression worse.

For the second time I got a thick upper lip. Had it before. Pills helped after a day or 2-3 the swelling went down. no side effects. Possible difficulty eating, said the allergy doctor.

Used Zyrtec (cetrizine) for 26 years. Kidney function deteriorated. Desloradatine (Aerius) since 1 July 2015. Kidney function improved (but it's less effective than Zyrtec).
