An effective medicine with few side effects compared to SSRIs, methylphenidate and dexamphetamine. Does little for the hyperactivity but a lot for the impulsiveness, anxieties, compulsions and concentration. For me, the side effects are obstipation, pain after ejaculation (nagging pain from my prostate) and difficulties with premature ejaculation, before I've properly come.

we have tried methylphenidate in all its variations but it gave more side effects than we could cope with. Problem with this medicine is that it is difficult to combine it with other psychotropic medicines.
