Pyridostigmine (mg 20) for myasthenia gravis
Mestinon helps the problem. Swallowing chewing and speaking are all still fine. But with 20 mg prednisolon at the moment. Started on 60 mg. I'm coming off it at the moment. Just 60 mg. Mestinon not yet. And atropine 2 x 2.5 mg a day. And for the coughing and shortness of breath 2 to 4 puffs a day.

Pyridostigmine (60mg) for myasthenia gravis
In the beginning I was really happy and it was fine for more than 2 years. Except for the coughing. Until the mestinon no longer helped and I ended up in the hospital. At the moment I am taking 6 x 120 mg. mestinon and 25 mg prednisolon.
