Mefloquine (250mg) for malaria
Years ago when I went to Africa, I took Lariam. Initially there was nothing wrong and everything seemed fine. After one week, the first symptoms started to appear, I was crying a lot, panicky, had disturbing thoughts and was psychologically unwell. Mefloquine (250mg) for malaria
I took this medicine before I went abroad on holiday. But after taking this medicine, I developed a high fever and bowel pains. After a while I was just coughing up blood and had to be taken to hospital as an emergency.

Mefloquine (250mg) for malaria
Initially Lariam in 1997 and then later in 2014 Malarone. I think it's totally rubbish because it doesn't work and/or has really bad side-effects. Despite taking Lariam I got malaria twice, one of those times from Plasmodium Falcimparum. I didn't get malaria on Malarone but on it I was still grumpy, couldn't sleep, had hallucinations, diarrhoea… Stopped after two weeks on Malarone and felt much...
