I have on average two episodes of erysipelas a year. Since 2012, I have been prescribed clindamycine for it (3 x 2 300 mg tablets a day; the course lasts 7 days). After two days I can notice a marked improvement, apart from having a bit of pain when I walk. I don't have any side effects. I'm really happy with it.

After I took this on the third day all of sudden I got severe pain in my chest, became really short of breath and after a while I was sick. The patient information leaflet doesn't say anything about this.
