paracetamol (1000mg) for fibromyalgia (FM or FMS)
When I was first diagnosed with fibromyalgia, this helped with the pain but now years later I can't manage with this alone, the pain the stiffness, my mobility has reduced a bit so I'm combining it with tramadol.

paracetamol (500mg) for dysmenorrhea / menstrual pain
Paracetamol works well for headache and stomach pain but not for period pain. I took two pills but didn't notice any improvement.
