20 years ago, I started taking this medicine because I couldn't do anything any more, couldn't walk, couldn't sit, literally nothing. I take two kinds - long-lasting and short-acting. The long-lasting 2 x a day 20 mg and then the short-acting (when needed) 5 mg. Work brilliantly.
