I had the pineapple flavour one. Nasty stuff, but it did what it had to do. What really helped me was having it extra cool with a straw. Hold the straw close to the palate and down the whole glass. Then have a couple of swigs of lemonade and the taste soon goes. After the colonoscopy, which I had lightly sedated (which was why?)
