took orange moviprep for the investigation, I get that we're not all the same, but I didn't have any problems with this. got it all ready in the morning and put it in the fridge for the evening, so it was nice and cold, 0 degrees. I found drinking the moviprep horrendous. I could barely swallow without getting nauseous. In the end I must have drunk half of it with a gulp of something else as well. The next morning I drank one glass. The intended effect occurred. The problems came after the examination. I can't get to sleep any more because of stomach pain and restless legs. I had the pineapple flavour one. Nasty stuff, but it did what it had to do. What really helped me was having it extra cool with a straw. Hold the straw close to the palate and down the whole glass. Then have a couple of swigs of lemonade and the taste soon goes. After the colonoscopy, which I had lightly sedated (which was why?) I wasn't too bothered but I had a rumbling tummy for a long time. ...

Had the pineapple flavour. Best to do it all in one go. 4 glasses in the evening and morning. I was really worried after reading all the stories on line but I managed it. My tip is to add some apple juice to it. And drink it ice cold, down the back of your throat. Only negative is the timeframe over which you have to take it. Depends on the time of your appointment.
