I had the pineapple flavour one. Nasty stuff, but it did what it had to do. What really helped me was having it extra cool with a straw. Hold the straw close to the palate and down the whole glass. Then have a couple of swigs of lemonade and the taste soon goes. After the colonoscopy, which I had lightly sedated (which was why?) After all the horror stories I had heard, I really did not want to take this. The 1st 3 litres were difficult to get down, but the following day I made the last litre with very cold water (it had been in the fridge overnight) and a squeeze of syrup and it was A LOT easier.
