furosemide (40mg) for oedema
Hey everyone, My mother has just been prescribed Furosemide. It does help, reduces fluid retention but she has to spend 6 hours a day on the loo. Mostly overnight. There was no monitoring of her medication. She was itchy all over her body and had a metallic taste in her mouth and terrible stomach ache.
