During my menopause I started suffering with palpitations and it seemed to be down to having too high a blood pressure. Apixaban (5mg) for palpitations

After one year with palpitations (increased heart rate PVC/VES), I was prescribed Eliquis. I had earlier been told that even with these problems you can live to 100 without any medication. Now I might have to to take a blood thinner because of a failed ablation.? The doctor is being quite reticent about why I can't take another blood thinner like ascal.
