The pain was chronic. I was suffering from the long-term effects of taking dicolfenac (a very good painkiller much better than paracetamol). I had to chose between severe pain an serious stomach complaints. Used dicolfenac for the first 4 days and the pain went. Still have serious stomach complaints.
