my experience with using these drops is very bad. in retrospect i should probably have distributed these drops more evenly between my nostrils but that's rather undoable. i tried taking them with water but i just ended up standing at the worktop trying to figure out how to empty the capsules by pressing them. but it turns out it's a lot more difficult than i thought and also controlling how mu...

fluticasone propionate (1mg/ml) for bronchitis
To start off with little or no direct effect. But using it regularly increases the effect. You can use this as a preventative during the winter months when your problems usually get worse or in my case for dust mite allergy in the last few days of your (camping) holiday before you go home. But you can take this all year round without any side effects or nerve damage.

fluticasone propionate (1mg/ml) for sinusitis
my nose is bunged up every night (= higher risk of lung infections for COPD patients). I only use this in the evening. Has absolutely no effect compared to something like xylometazoline (they can't be taken too soon after each other).
