Following dermatological investigation it would seem that this medicine was the primary cause for a severe allergic attack which caused me to be hospitalised, in combination with the drugs I was injected with in the pain clinic as treatment for lower back nerve hernia until March 2016. I had to stop taking this medicine and start using amlodipine 10 mg. This has all the side-effects mentioned in the patient information leaflet.
