Severe muscle pains and cramps in my back. Was seeing a physiotherapist and manual therapist to no avail. Then stopped taking atorvastatin for 2 weeks and the pain symptoms were considerably reduced. On advice from the cardiologist, re-started taking the atorvastatin (according to the cardiologist the side effects should disappear within a couple of days) but after 3 days terrible muscle pains again. I'm going to stop.
