Open heart op in 1996 because of cardiac arrhythmia. Positive: after using it for about 10 days I suddenly had - for the first time in 10 years - a regular heart beat again. Went well for 10 days. Then arrhythmia came back. Horrendous side effects : more difficulty walking, no more strength in my feet, ankles or knees. Lots of muscle pain! Acenocoumarol. Switched to Eliquis in May 2016.
