I've been using this for about 6 years now. At the time this was prescribed for me by the psychiatric ward of a hospital when I was just going round and round in circles (worrying basically) and was feeling suicidal. I can't tell that it does anything but they won't take it off my prescription. At the time my psychological state of mind was such that this should have helped but in the meantime I am stable again.
