I take this mostly because I find it difficult to get to sleep and then to stay asleep. I think diazepam is fine sometimes it makes me a bit drowsy during the day and a bit slow on the uptake. But now I sleep right through and fall asleep faster. It also makes me really calm and takes away my stress and anxiety
