I started taking this medicine for mood swings, anxiety and compulsive thoughts. It worked well when I was on 20 mg. The side effects (yawning) went away after two weeks apart from the wild dreams and loss of libido. Fluoxetine made me less interested in sex and also unable to climax. I then tried Citalopram 30 mg, but this also caused a total loss of libido. I'm now on the look out for an effective drug that doesn't have any sexual side effects.
