Pramipexole (0,375mg) for restless legs syndrome (RLS)

used pramipexole for years but it's been less and less effective over the past two years, symptoms are become more frequent. Mostly in the evenings, loads of difficulty with RLS. On top of that I am sleeping really badly at night, if at all. I'm going back to my doctor to ask for something else.

Ropinirole

Ropinirole (0,5mg) for restless legs syndrome (RLS)

The GP gave me Ropinirol and now, after about a year, I have to increase from 0.50 mg a day to 2 mg a day, but I'm having to sleep so much it's no longer any fun. I fall asleep normally in the evenings. If I take the tablet at 7:30pm, I'm asleep by 9:30pm, and I am dead to the world... During the night the itch in my legs does wake me up and sometimes it spreads to my arms and shoulders. I'm no...

Pramipexole

Pramipexole (0,088) for restless legs syndrome (RLS)

Neurologist recommended I take two tablets every evening. I stopped doing this PDQ because I was retaining a lot of fluid and it made me really sleepy. Now I only take it when the attack begins. Sometimes one is enough, but sometimes I need more. Depends on the severity of the attack. Sometimes I get it across my whole body.

Pramipexole (0,25mg) for restless legs syndrome (RLS)

After 2 and a half years of only getting one and a half hours' sleep a night, it transpired that I have PLMS (periodic limb movements in sleep) started on 0.125 Mg and very slowly increased, take 2 hours before I go to sleep and now get between 6 and 8 hours' sleep a night.

Ropinirole (0,5mg) for restless legs syndrome (RLS)

Pramipexole

Pramipexole (0,125mg) for restless legs syndrome (RLS)

The pharmacist said that, because it was costing the health insurers too much money to pay for branded Sofril, it is being replaced with a so-called generic variant. The result was that not only did I have restless legs which prevented me sleeping but I also couldn't sleep because of the itchiness of the skin rash. Needed an extra visit to the doctor just to be told that you get what you pay fo...

Baclofen

Baclofen (25mg) for restless legs syndrome (RLS)

I've recently started taking Baclofen just in the evenings to help me sleep better, for my restless legs, as well as my other medication for it, Pramipexol 4 x 0.88 mg in the evenings. It seems to be working well and I feel well-rested in the mornings, no muscle pain, and my head feels oxygenated. And it's not a problem for my addictive tendencies and past, not that I have problems with it any ...

Pramipexole (0,088mg) for restless legs syndrome (RLS)

This medicine works quicker. I don't have to eat anything before I take it, unlike with ropinirol. Now and then am a little queasy and sick but it's minimal.

Ropinirole (1mg) for restless legs syndrome (RLS)

It really took a long time before this started to work and sometimes it was half way through the night. To start with their were no side effects but after a while I started to feel queasy before going to sleep and early in the morning and it gradually got worse until I was being sick. I soon started to get sick in the evenings too sometimes I was in bed by 7 pm and could only get upstairs with ...
