Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, nothing helps, but these little rascals are very effective. I never have trouble with the infamous day 2 of my period anymore.

Naproxen (500mg) for dysmenorrhea / menstrual pain

I take 500 mg Naproxen for my period pain and since I've been taking it I haven't had any more pain. But make sure you don't take too much in too short a time. If you do it makes you (or at least it did me) really shaky.

Tramadol (50mg) for dysmenorrhea / menstrual pain

Probably hypersensitive to this medication. Lots of problems with side-effects. I have used this medicine for a long time (one to 4 capsules per day, if needed) before I realised that I was hypersensitive and I had to stop taking this medicine and ask for another one. In addition I was taking metoclopramide for the nausea, but only when it was unbearable.
