After years of just getting by with antidepressants which btw I still use, I started taking Ritalin in October 2016. Within the space of less than a week I was needing to take one every 2 hours but it was making me really unsettled and overwrought. I've now been on concerta 54 mg for one month. I only need 1 capsule per day. But I feel good, I'm finally myself again, and not so numb all the time.
