I've got to take this to protect my stomach because of the various painkillers I take as well as the fentanyl patches.

omeprazole (40mg) for gastric protector

It works pretty well but sometimes it's difficult to take (the capsule). Pantoprazole is easy to swallow and works better for me.

Because of diabetes I have to take various medicines, such as cholesterol-lowering drugs and bold thinners (because of various other interventions) and I've got an insulin pump. Previously I had always had an intolerance to different medicines which evidenced itself through stomach pain and burning acid reflux. Omeprazole

omeprazole (20mg) for gastric protector

I was prescribed omeprazole because of the problems sertraline was giving me. After reading that long-term use isn't good, because, for example, it inhibits B-vitamin uptake, I stopped. I started taking natural supplements for my heartburn and they are just as effective, if not even more so. I've had a good result with 1 x bitter melon, 2 x aloe vera.

ranitidine hydrochloride (300mg) for gastric protector

used pantoprazole to start with,after a couple of months side effects,switched to ranitidine(GP suggestion).ok to start with,then quickly got worse.(sleeplessness, dead tired etc) stopped,after a few days the muscle pain in my legs went,felt better.now just take a rennie if I need it.
