Xyzal used to be really good for me and I only had 1 tablet a day. Since October 2014 it's all been a bit up and down, I can't get any rest and I've had a lot of prednisone. kind of works a bit for my eczema might even start taking 4 a day. But I can't get it under control. At the moment my body is reacting to everything ... really suffering with a dry mouth and my sense of taste has totally disappeared
