Totally unexpectedly and unpleasantly, my girlfriend noticed I had genital warts. I was prescribed aldara. In contrast to the other really negative reactions, this medicine had outstanding effects for me. After three weeks everything had completely disappeared. We are now 4 weeks after the end of the treatment and everything is as it was before. I would definitely recommend it. Carefully apply as little as possible to the affected area (with a cotton bud). For us, that worked perfectly.
