Together with paracetamol - 3x 1000 mg a day - in agreement with the GP - first week 2x 75 mg a day had no effect, dose was doubled, GP consented, no effect, so stopped after 3 weeks. Side effects: light-headedness, reduced sense of balance, no desire for sex, before getting up in the morning a leaden feeling in my body. It seemed like the pain was worse than before. Medication was tried because of right-sided stenosis in 2 lumbar vertebrae, i.e. narrowing of the vertebral canal which trapped the nerve and caused pain in my groin with tingling sensations to my knee. Lower right back pain when standing and walking. Sitting and lying down no problem. I didn't use my repeat prescription. I'm going back to the GP for other pain relief.
