The first three weeks I didn't feel any better in terms of anxiety but I was more positive in terms of my mood. I do get really tired quite often, get a kind of dull feeling in my head and occasional headaches. After three weeks I noticed a definite difference, I feel calmer, more assured and almost not anxious at all. I also suffer from compulsive thoughts and these are still there. But because they don't make me so scared any more, I can cope with them much better.
