The advice from the gynaecologist was to take 30 mg of this throughout my pregnancy to prevent early contractions. After a few weeks I moved up to 60 mg and since then I've had a dry mouth/throat when sleeping... This is really frustration because when I have a drink and then try to go back to sleep, my mouth is dry again after just a few minutes. In the beginning I had a few problems with headaches just after I'd taken it. I bore with it though and didn't take any paracetamol because that's not good during pregnancy.
