Suffered with vertigo and dizziness for 10 years. This gave me balance problems which led to my subconscious making me really tired. After five years I started getting mild epileptic attacks. Over the years the attacks happened more and more frequently up to 15 per day. In 2013 I started taking depakine which was a total disaster. More attacks, more tiredness. Then I had keppra. No effect, just more tiredness. Vimpat since June 2015. No more attacks, only had 2 start but they didn't develop. Still dizzy and vertigo, which makes me tired, but less so than before I started taking vimpat. Bad memory, poor concentration, sometimes trembling hands and I've gained a few kilos are further side effects. But I sleep better now.
