Venlafaxine

Venlafaxine (37,5mg) for borderline personality disorder (BPD)
Of all the antidepressants venlafaxine suits me the best, used it for years, initially at a high dose, 225 mg, but that numbed all of my feelings/emotions, now reduced down to a dose of 37.5 mg for the past four years and that works brilliantly, been less depressed over the years and this seems to be my maintenance dose, if I stop taking it, my feelings and emotions come back to the fore and you have to learn to deal with them again, letting them be and accepting them is really important if you're coming down from a high dose. Side-effects is a low dose are less noticeable such as bruises and itching but I'd rather have these than be depressed again….
