It's effective. My values have returned below the maximum threshold in a few months by taking 3 tablets a day and astonishment of my doctor who did not believe it... I preferred to take 2 tablets a day to have a more normal life which made the rate slightly higher. The treatment is quite difficult except for those who have a life of Monk... and other Epicurean. (Little alcohol in my case and impossible to eat ice cream...!)
