Initially prescribed 500 because of the rheumatism but when that stopped working went up to 1000. Pain disappeared immediately but only worked for me for about 3/4 of an hour and you're only allowed 1 every 24 hours. Not one single problem with side effects. Even though this is less effective than the morphine, I'd still rather take it as otherwise I spend all day crouched over the toilet.
