In the beginning it seemed to be doing a lot for me, was right in the middle of a bad relapse and it felt like this helped with my recovery. unfortunately after 3 months I had another 1. That's why I switched to something else that could keep my stable. As far as side effects go, I lasted a month before I got any but then my hair started falling out, sweating more than normal and suddenly put on loads of weight. The last 2 times no official side effects but both my neurologist and I have heard of others.
