I've used this medication for over a year now and I’m pleased as long as I don’t take too much. I got the prescription for psychoses and unrest. I also have ADD. In the reviews I read I see lots of people using a very high dosage, at first I took 2 mg which was actually too high. Taking it just before going to bed works best for me. I sleep just fine. At the start it gave me really strange thoughts but that was just temporary.
