Bisoprolol (2,5mg) for heart failure (HF)
I've been using this medicine since 2011. 1.25 mg, very low dose. I've had different different makes of bisoprolol but all have had serious side effects such as depression and most of all really horrible nightmares that you can't wake up from. I had the most side effects with Sandoz. In 2014 they changed the composition and once again I am experiencing nasty, vivid dreams. I am also irritable and sometimes really tired. There is a big difference between different bisoprolol medicines. They use other excipients which everyone reacts to differently. So now I have to start looking for another alternative again because I can't live with these dreams.
