I used this medicine now and then. In spring I'm always affected by birch pollen and then a few months later slightly less so by grass pollen. In the autumn, it's always dust mites. If I notice that the allergy is taking over I take it for a while combined with a Prevalin nasal spray and Ventolin for my breathlessness. I don't take it often enough or if it's not really necessary because it makes me really tired. I use my Ventolin all the time, the nasal spray more often than cetirizine.
