I use this when needed for a burning nerve pain in my bottom because of a hernia in my back. After reading some of the experiences on here I was a little wary of taking it but luckily I've had next to no side effects! Just a bit of grogginess the first few days. Works really well for the pain that I occasionally get so I'm quite happy.
