I use this in combination with quetiapine and the both help to give me a sense of calm over my warring emotions (guilt, feeling like I've failed, thinking that I have no feelings). Because I've been on holiday I haven't used venlafaxine for a week but I can't sleep without quetiapine. Venlafaxine simply gives me even more peace.
