I take this medicine before I go to sleep .. You fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow, but when I wake up it's like I'm a zombie or something. It takes like half a day before I feel awake again .. I feel like my fingers and feet are swollen and it's not nice. I have considered stopping this even though I've been taking them for years. I have spoken about this with my therapist. The medicine is fine ... but the feeling it gives me is not.
