I take half a table because I can't bear a whole one. The first eight weeks I suffered with insomnia and then occasionally after than I bruised really easily whenever I bumped a knee or something, and restless legs. But it gives me the boost I need to get through the day. I panic really badly in large rooms with lots of people which makes me start thinking about all the things that could happen, but of course they won't. It's good to talk to a psychologist so that you know what to do when you start panicking. My husband is pretty chilled so that helps me too. You just need to keep telling yourself it's fine, you're okay, enjoy yourself.
