I started taking this medicine for mood swings, anxiety and compulsive thoughts. I found it worked okay when I was on on 30 mg. The side effects (yawning) went away after two weeks, apart from the wild dreams and loss of libido. Citalopram left me with no desire for sex at all. I also tried 20 mg Fluoxetine, but this also lowered my libido and I also just couldn't get on with it. I'm now looking for an effective drug that doesn't have any sexual side effects.
