I started off taking 2x 25 mg in the first week, then two weeks on 2x 50 mg and I'm now taking 75 mg. I really think this is a fantastic drug. Since I was 16 walking has always caused me pain and now I'm virtually pain-free. It's only if I've had a stressful day or I spent too long on my scooter that the pain comes back. Up to now I have also been using fentanyl plasters but I want to stop taking these in June.
