I started off on 0.100 mg thyrax duo tab because my thyroid was still too high but I had to switch to thyrax 0.75 mg. In place of that I've been given levothyroxine. On the fourth day I developed a thick lip/headache with increased blood pressure. I was quickly admitted to hospital. It could be that this was caused by one of the other ingredients in levothyroxine. The medical specialist has put me back on thyrax, 1x3 25 mg tablets per day, for as long as the supply lasts. And now I just have to wait for an improvement. Thanks, Etienne
