I have found little to no favourable effects of this medicine. I am allowed to double the dose, but given the side effects that I've noticed (dry eyes, painful eyes, dry mouth, thirst, obstipation, headache) it doesn't strike me as a very good idea. As it is not improving the condition and the side effects are not getting any less, this is hardly likely to help me with an overactive bladder as a result of a neurological illness.
