Tiotropium (2,5ug/do) for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
Had emphysema confirmed after I literally stopped breathing, then had part of my lung removed in an operation. I take the medicine at 12:30 on the dot and every day, at 12:30, I feel breathless. I also feel breathless when I haven't taken it for 24 hours. I'm fatter, but that's probably down to not smoking any more… I have read quite a lot of negative reviews but, for me, Spiriva Respimat (damp) has made my life at least 50% better in terms of my health.
