For years I have suffered with shortness of breath from mid-May. Also allergic to anything and everything... (even too much deodorant) but never used Cetirizine. But after one especially warm day in May this year (2016), the penny dropped. Tried two hayfever medicines and bingo. I am a big guy > 80 kg and I take 2 x 10 mg tablets before I go to sleep. Wake up as fresh as a daisy and don't even have to worry about my inhaler (inflammation prevention and airway clearer). I have noticed a bit of a tickle with certain pollen (herbs), but I can live with that.
