Despite having heard so many negative stories about the Mirena, I can only say that I am totally satisfied with it. I haven’t had a period in years, so nice! No side effects at all. The only drawback in the whole process is the placement, but that over with very quickly. It’s the perfect solution for me, I wouldn’t change a thing.
